Dear Resilient, Rising, and Righteously Super Jesus,
We would like to acknowledge this being the weekend that you rose again from the ground and showed everyone how badass you were. We thank you for rising again so that we can enjoy life despite our sins and enjoy wonderfully tasty sweet treats stuffed in pastel packaging as well. I thank you for blessing the hands that created all of the candies that will be hurting my belly on Sunday. I also ask that you find it in America's heart to begin paying holiday pay on Easter. If I have to miss 2 and a 1/2 hours of stomping, old ladies in big hats dancing, the front row falling out with "The Spirit", watching children crash on sugar lows, and trying to eat fun size Snickers while muffling the foil noise, then it's only fair I be compensated. In the mean time we also ask that you allow summer to arrive so we can enjoy your beautiful Earth and get some serious fun and flip flops on. Mahollah and a amenahh.
